Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
As our products are all custom designed for you, and therefore one of a kind, we cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds for mind changes. Defective or damaged items ONLY will eligible for consideration for refund. Defect and damage estimates repairs or anything else we come up with to rectify (or not) the defect or damage will be at the SOLE discretion of The Mother Truckin Hat Co. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
